TradefixDirect offer full refunds for unused goods in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. We can arrange for a collection by DPD at a cost of £8 (per parcel) or you can choose to send the goods back via your own chosen courier. Once the goods have been received by us we will process a full refund of the product value. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the goods. If the customer opts to return goods themselves then we advise use of an insured courier service as we cannot be liable for the damages or the loss of goods in transit.
Please check your package upon receiving your goods for any damages.
On the rare occasion that any goods you receive are damaged then please ring our sales office on 0161 794 1783.
Any damages must be reported to us on day of delivery.
If the package is clearly damaged then please refuse delivery from the courier and the goods will be returned back to us.
If goods fail to perform due to product faults then please ring the sales team on 0161 794 1783 within 7 days of receipt and we will work towards an agreeable solution. This may involve a replacement, a substitute or a refund.
If goods fail to perform after 7 days of receipt then we advise that you contact the manufacturer where possible with regards to their warranty policies.
