How do I earn points?
Start earning points at Tradefix Direct by creating a customer account. After your account is created, Points are awarded for every pound spent on each purchase. There are other ways to earn points as well, such as giving us a like or share on Facebook, placing your first, third and fifth order with us, leaving a review and more. All the actions that earn points are listed above or in the "Tradefix Rewards" widget at the bottom of the screen.
I already have an account, do I still need to register?
No. Your Tradefix Direct account is automatically linked to "Tradefix Rewards". Should you encounter any issues, please call the sales office on 0161 794 1783.
How do I redeem my points?
Redeem points by opening the "Tradefix Rewards" widget at the bottom of the screen and click "Get Vouchers". You will need to be logged in to your account.
Can I use more than one voucher at a time?
Unfortunately not. At the moment we do not have the functionality to do this.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 1 year.
