The last day of dispatch for the year will be on Wednesday 19th December (4pm order cutoff). Orders placed after this day will be processed on our return on Wednesday 2nd January. We would like to add that over this period delivery times can be less reliable due to the sheer volume of parcels that couriers face leading up to Christmas and the backlog at the start of January.

This delivery service can take up to 3 days although some can be next day. These are postcodes in which our couriers use a 3rd party courrier to fulfil delivery, hence the £12 delivery charge. TradeFixDirect does not make any profit with this delivery charge.
Should any of the above postcodes be more than one parcel we may contact you for a further payment.
If a product is marked as a "Hazardous Product" on the product page or in the cart, "OFFSHORE" and "SATURDAY" delivery services are unavailable. The couriers cannot deliver hazardous products over bodies of water whether by ferry or by air. For "SATURDAY" deliveries we only use DPD and they will not deliver any hazardous items anywhere in the country. For these reasons, items such as expanding foams, adhesives and gun nail fuel cells are not able to be delivered on a Saturday or over bodies of water. Hazardous products are also unavailable for "OVERSEAS" delivery.
*Saturday - Service is not available for Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Highlands and Islands, France, Nothern Ireland (except Belfast) and Scilly Isles.
If your order is in stock and the delivery address is within 35 miles of M27 post code, we may be able to offer you a Same Day Delivery Service at a cost of £35. To enquire about whether this service is available to you, please call us on 0161 794 1783.
France Delivery charges are for parcels weighing up to 30KG. If your order exceeds 30KG we will contact you for a further payment.
All orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
All Standard deliveries are usually made between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Saturday delivery times are usually between 8am to 3pm.
Next day delivery is not available for Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, France, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and some remote areas where an additional charge may apply. Deliveries to these areas will usually be delivered within two to three working days.
We can only send Sealants and Adhesives (including Expanding Foam) to UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands.
If you would like further details regarding our delivery information, please get in touch.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the courier’s consignment number from either APC or DPD.
If your order is dispatched with DPD courier service you should also receive an automated email and/or text message (if you have provided a mobile number) on the day of your delivery, to provide you with an estimated 1 hour delivery window
What if my order is out of stock?
On the rare occasion that any items on your order are out of stock, we will contact you either by phone or email as soon as possible, within our Mon – Fri business hours. In most cases we are able to offer you a substitute product, however if this is not the case and you do not require the product the next day, we will delay your delivery, usually by only 1 day.
Can my order be delivered direct to site or another address?
The answer is yes! At the checkout process you will be able to add/amend delivery addresses.
Can I make changes to my order or cancel it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we are more than happy to amend or cancel it should you need us to. You can only make these changes by calling us – 0161 794 1783 - and we advise that you make contact ASAP to increase the chances of us being able to accommodate any such changes.
What happens if I am out when the courier attempts delivery?
During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to advise us if you are happy for your parcel to be left in a safe place. For example, this could be ‘Leave with Neighbour’ or ‘Leave in Porch’. If you choose this option it is important to note that this is taken at your own risk and Tradefix Direct ,nor our courier providers, will be responsible for any parcels that go missing.
If you have not opted for your parcel to be left in the event of you being out when delivery is attempted, the courier service will leave a ‘we’ve missed you’ contact card for you to respond to. In most cases the courier service will attempt delivery at least once more, but this is not guaranteed. It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery, using the contact card left.
Can you absolutely guarantee that my order will be with me Next Working Day?
As with all online retail companies that employ the use of third party courriers, "Next Working Day" delivery can never be completetly guaranteed. This is because of unforseen circumstances that can happen at any time such as road accidents, vehicle breakdowns, emergencies at courrier hubs or depots, technical malfunctions etc. The same applies to "EXPRESS" and "RAPID" delivery services. We would like to stess that delivery failures are a very rare occurance.
